Rare Capsule comes with the purchase of a Rare Capsule Pair for $4.99USD or Rare Capsule 5 Pack for $9.99USD, or via the Player Market. Rare Capsule includes all items available via both VIP and regular Shop but not items like Retired Bundle Exclusive skins or items. Almost any item with a diamond cost including things such as Variants, Flairs, or Seasonal Cosmetics may be inside.
It is similar to VIP Shop Ticket exclusivity but without the need for diamonds combined with the Crate randomness factor. Unlike Crates, it does not require a Key to open.
