This is another non-volatile Cake in the game which can be owned like Wonn's Birthday Cake. Besides being a Flair it is also available for use to complete the 2 Share Cakes quests.
Pi Day Pie starts half empty (3/6 slices) and gains a slice as player kills an enemy AirMech and loses a slice as player gets killed by an enemy AirMech. At the end of a game, a full Pi Day Pie can be used to brag against other players.
