This single use item can be used to decrease market tax on items sold on the Player Market. After use the Book of Tax Shelters is consumed. The Book of Tax Shelters may be used a maximum of 3 times to reduce the total market tax to 14%. After this 3% reduction, only Book of Tax Avoidance and Book of Tax Havens can be used to further decrease market tax. Since total market tax reduction is 3% by this book, ONLY 3x Book of Tax Shelters can be used per account.
